Concrete Plant Operator

We are seeking a person with a great work ethic who is capable of working in a team environment as well as by themselves in isolation at times.  The duties associated with the position are diverse and require a certain degree of familiarity and capability operating earthmoving equipment.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Delivery of concrete, including learning how to batch
  • Loader operation screening sand at numerous sites
  • Excavator and dump truck operation on our sand sites
  • General depot duties with customer interaction

The successful candidate will be required to have a current Heavy Rigid licence and a High Risk Licence (Forklift) would be desirable.  You will need to possess the following skills and knowledge:

  • Knowledge of earthmoving industry
  • Sound mechanical knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic written skills
  • Basic computer literacy
