General Labourer – Workshop Team | Full-Time – East Arm, NT

With a strong pipeline of projects and growing demand for our Australian-made insulated panels, Arctic Installations is looking for a reliable and motivated General Labourer to join our production team at our East Arm facility.

This is a hands-on, entry-level role where no two days are the same—and the right person will have opportunities to grow into specialised roles like Machine Operator or Team Leader.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting in the manufacture of insulated panels

  • Cutting, prepping, and handling materials

  • Keeping the workshop tidy, safe, and running smoothly

  • Loading/unloading and supporting machine operators

  • Being an active part of a close-knit team that supports each other

We're Looking For (Essential):

  • Someone who's physically fit and ready to work

  • A keen attitude and willingness to learn

  • Safety-conscious, punctual, and reliable

  • Forklift licence (ideal but not essential)

  • Driver's licence and reliable transport

  • Must be an Australian citizen, PR, or hold a valid long-term visa
