Casual Support Worker – Join Our Caring Team

Are you a compassionate, reliable, and motivated individual looking to make a difference in the lives of others?

True Care Housing is currently seeking male and female Support Workers (preferably in their 20s) to join our growing team.

We provide quality support to people living with disabilities to help them achieve their goals, build independence, and live fulfilling lives within their communities.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred support to NDIS participants in their homes and the community.

Duties may include:

  • Assisting with daily living tasks (personal care, meal prep, household duties)
  • Supporting community access and social participation
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Encouraging independence and skill development
  • Implementing strategies as outlined by allied health professionals

Pay Rates

Weekdays: $35 per hour

Saturday: $48 per hour

Sunday: $60 per hour

  • Flexible and willing to work across a variety of shifts (including weekends if required)

Requirements

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Previous experience in disability support or community services (preferred but not essential)
  • First Aid and CPR certificate (preferred but not essential)
