We are a Registered NDIS Provider committed to enhancing independence, confidence and quality of life for people living with disability. From support services and capacity-building programs, therapies, our multidisciplinary team delivers tailored support every day.

**The Opportunity**

As a Support Worker at OTSW, you’ll deliver hands-on, person-centred care and community-based supports that help participants achieve their NDIS goals. You’ll work one-on-one or in small groups, providing:

- **Personal Care & Daily Living**

Assistance with showering, dressing, meal prep, domestic tasks and medication reminders.
- **Community Access & Transport**

Supporting participants to attend appointments, social events, shopping trips and recreational activities.
- **Life Skills & Capacity Building**

Guiding goal-focused activities, from cooking and budgeting to social skills and leisure pursuits.
- **Companionship & Wellbeing**

Listening, encouraging independence, and fostering meaningful connections.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re energetic, empathetic and passionate about supporting people to lead fuller lives. You bring:

- **Experience & Qualifications**
- At least 6 months of paid disability support work
- Certificate III/IV in Disability, Aged Care or Individual Support (or equivalent)
- **Professional References**

Two industry-related referees who can attest to your skills and work ethic.
- **Essential Checks & Licences**
- NSW Driver’s Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, First Aid (HLTAID003/004) & CPR (HLTAID001).

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
