Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.Please visit our website: Job DescriptionHighly proficient in Pre-Contract & Post Contract Quantity Surveying including Cost Estimates, Commercial Management, Variation & Claims Management, Monitoring Project BudgetsDevelop cost plans and project capital estimates through the design phase, delivering updated cost plans at appropriate design milestones.Prepare cost reports and estimate packages, and regularly present to stakeholders.Provide commercial input to design optioneering and input into value engineering exercises.Delivering quality work and positioning for new opportunities Work proactively with minimal supervisionAbility to manage juniors in the team QualificationsWith Defence clearance or Australian Citizen as minimumQuantity Surveying, or related, degree>5 years' experienceAIQS or RICS member is ideal but not essential.Experience in CostX is preferred.
