About the Role
We invite you to join our dynamic team if you are a Core, Proficient or Advance/Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner in roles specifically created for individuals with 12 months to 24 months through to senior clinicians (5+ years experience) who are looking for a role with a Provider with a Difference.

Responsibilities
– Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients under the NDIS and Aged Care programs.
– Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored intervention plans.
– Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client goals and outcomes.
– Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulatory standards.
– Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in Allied Health.
Requirements
– Registration as a Positive Behaviour Practitioner
– Preferable degree in related medical or Allied Health field
– At least 18 months to 24 months of relevant professional experience.
– Preferable: Therapists with at least 5 years experience is our norm, but if you have the right passion and attitude you could be the perfect fit
– Registration with the relevant professional body (e.g. AHPRA, SPA, ESSA).
– Experience working within the NDIS and/or Aged Care sectors is highly desirable.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
– Current driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
