Job description:

Are you passionate about enriching the lives of older Australians through meaningful connections and engaging experiences? Join a team that's redefining Retirement Living.

At Australian Unity, we believe in making a real difference, every day. Our Retirement Communities teams are at the heart of this mission, and we're proud to offer a supportive, purpose-driven environment where your contribution is valued.

What's on Offer

We're seeking an innovative and enthusiastic Lifestyle Coordinator to join our welcoming team in Kilsyth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging lifestyle programs and social calendars
  • Assess and tailor lifestyle plans to meet individual resident needs
  • Collaborate with residents to co-create meaningful activities
  • Build partnerships with local community groups to expand social opportunities
  • Identify new initiatives to enhance resident engagement

About You

You're a warm, creative, and proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about person-centred care.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in aged care or retirement community and lifestyle program delivery
  • Qualifications in Lifestyle and Leisure, Diversional Therapy, or related field
  • Experience developing, creating, planning, and organising events
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and computer skills
  • Part-time availability 3 Days per week (Tuesday to Thursday)
