We’re seeking an **innovative and enthusiastic Lifestyle Coordinator** to join our welcoming team in **Kilsyth**.

** Key Responsibilities**

- Design and deliver engaging lifestyle programs and social calendars
- Assess and tailor lifestyle plans to meet individual resident needs
- Collaborate with residents to co-create meaningful activities
- Build partnerships with local community groups to expand social opportunities
- Identify new initiatives to enhance resident engagement

** About You**

You’re a warm, creative, and proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about person-centred care.

** What You’ll Bring**

- Proven experience in aged care or retirement community and lifestyle program delivery
- Qualifications in Lifestyle and Leisure, Diversional Therapy, or related field
- Experience developing, creating, planning, and organising events
- Excellent communication, documentation, and computer skills
- Part-time availability 3 Days per week (Tuesday to Thursday)
