Business Traineeship

**MRAEL **are seeking a highly motivated **Administration Trainee** to join the team at **DGT Employment and Training** in their Meadowbrook office

**DGT Employment and Training** has been a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) since 1998, delivering tailored, custom-designed training at their state-of-the-art training facilities in Toowoomba and Brisbane, in the workplace and across Queensland.
- Provide superior customer service to ensure customer satisfaction to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure quality outcomes are met, including effectively and efficiently performing administration tasks to support the administration team
- Accurate data entry, filing and scanning
- Assist in internal file audits to ensure they meet the RTO's obligational requirements for compliance
- A can-do attitude with the desire to grow and be challenged
- High attention to detail with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Neat and professional presentation

**Requirements**:

- Previous administration/ customer service experience
- Must be an Australian citizen/resident
- A positive quick learner attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Responsible and mature minded
- Genuine interest in this career path

**Work Type**:
Full Time Traineeship (Monday - Friday)
