Due to continued company growth, we now have an opening for an **Experienced Projects Administrator / Bookkeeper** to join our rapidly expanding business.

The primary tasks include creating Invoices & Progress claims, receipts, account reconciling as well as entering creditor invoices and reconciling creditor statements, in addition to managing payroll, aged debtors, compiling project site folders and other administrative duties.

The position will require **2+ yrs experience in General Accounts and Payroll**. Applicants must be proficient in MYOB and Excel, have strong communication skills, a willingness to be part of a team, and share our vision of continually improving and growing
