Downer has been awarded the Property and Asset Services (PAS) contract to deliver base and estate services across their two largest regions NSW/ACT and QLD. This is a significant milestone for our business and our enduring 80+ year relationship with the Australian Defence Force.

What You'll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Coordinate and publish daily/weekly work schedules for PAS activities at the base.
- Allocate resources, trades, and subcontractors to tasks in line with priority and contractual response times.
- Ensure urgent works and unplanned tasks are integrated into schedules with minimal disruption.
- Accurately enter, update, and close work orders in PAS systems (e.g., SAP, GEMS, CMMS).
- Liaise with PAS Manager, Supervisors, subcontractors, and Defence representatives to confirm work readiness.
- Coordinate with the Technical Services Hub for alignment on asset data, compliance requirements, and scheduling procedures.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in maintenance or works scheduling within facilities management, asset management or logistics environments
- Certificate III in Business or Logistics (mandatory)
- Certificate IV in Asset Management
- White Card and site access credentials (desirable)
- Ability to obtain and retain Defence Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required)
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-trade or multi-discipline work programs
