Are you ready to take your clinical experience into a commercial career? Big Green Surgical is looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Specialist to represent a portfolio of innovative technologies across Point-of-Care Ultrasound, Bronchoscopy, and Infection Control.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in radiology or nursing with ultrasound experience, looking to make a broader impact across healthcare settings.

About the Role

You'll be working with leading hospitals and healthcare providers across all of Victoria, supporting departments such as:


• Emergency


• Anaesthetics


• Intensive Care


• Medical Imaging


• Respiratory


• CSSD


• Infection Control

Your focus will be on


• Driving adoption of fantastic products like Butterfly iQ Point of Care Ultrasound and Butterfly Compass Software Ultrasound Workflow Solution, Vathin Single-Use Bronchoscopes, SteriPro UVC Room Disinfection Robot, Ruhof Cleaning Chemicals and Cleaning Verification System, and Eswell Patient Positioning Pads.


• Delivering clinical education, product demonstrations, and in-servicing.


• Building strong relationships with clinicians, department heads, and procurement teams.


• Identifying new business opportunities and executing territory growth strategies.

Who You Are


• You have experience in healthcare sales or a clinical background in ultrasound, paramedics, nursing – critical care, emergency, anaesthetics.


• You understand hospital workflows and the needs of frontline clinicians.


• You're confident presenting to clinical teams and navigating procurement processes.


• You're self-motivated, organised, and thrive in a field-based role.


• You hold a valid driver's license and are open to travel across the territory.
