We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our Marine Views Cottesloe team as a casual hairdresser in our beautiful onsite salon.

About Curtin Heritage Living:

We are a not-for profit provider of residential care, independent living and home care services. As a small operator with big aspirations, we take pride in fostering a close-knit community where innovation and care come together to support our clients and team alike.

About the role:

This is a casual position. The successful candidate will be available to work weekdays and on an as required basis.

  • Provide shampoo, ladies and men's cuts, blow dry/set services to our residential and independent living clients.
  • Assist clients from their rooms to the salon when needed, offering care and support throughout the process.
  • Manage client booking using our booking software.
  • Manage stock and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
  • Work as a team to deliver consistent, client-focused services.

About you:

  • Qualification in hairdressing.
  • Demonstrated aptitude to help improve the lives of older people, including those living with dementia.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Reliable and positive work ethic.
  • Attention to personal presentation.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • National Police Clearance (current within 12 months).
