About the role

As a Senior Hairdresser at Studio Black', you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hair services to our valued clients. This is a full-time role based in our Innaloo, WA 6018 salon, where you will be a key member of our talented team. You will work closely with our stylists and trainees to ensure a consistently high standard of hairdressing across the salon.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing a full range of hair services including cutting, colouring, styling and treatments
  • Consulting with clients to understand their hair care needs and desires
  • Developing and executing individualised hair styling and colouring plans
  • Offering hair care advice and recommendations to clients
  • Mentoring and supporting junior stylists to develop their skills
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
  • Contributing to the overall success and positive atmosphere of the salon
What were looking for
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified hairdresser
  • Strong technical hairdressing skills across cutting, colouring and styling
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing training
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
