Senior Hairdresser / Senior Colourist Avani Hair – North Perth, WA Full-Time (Tues- Fri 9-5, Wed–Thu 1030-8, Sat 9-2) About Us Avani Hair is a modern, high-end salon known for exceptional colour work, luxury hair extensions, and creating an empowering experience for our clients. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest level of service in a welcoming and professional environment. The Role We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Hairdresser / Senior Colourist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills in colour and cutting, who is looking for dull-time hours with great work-life balance. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality colour services with a focus on advanced colouring (not root melts). Provide precision cutting, styling, and finishing services. Deliver exceptional client care, building long-lasting relationships. Work collaboratively with our team to maintain our salon's high standards. Participate in salon events and training sessions to stay at the forefront of trends. Optional: Training in weft hair extension installation and maintenance (provided in-salon, no prior experience necessary). What We Offer Competitive salary: $75k–$85k pro rata (plus bonuses). Full-time flexibility: Wednesday & Thursday late nights Saturday finish by 2pm Mondays off & long weekends rostered off Ongoing professional development & training. Supportive, creative, and professional team environment. Work in a luxury salon with a loyal client base. About You Qualified Hairdresser with minimum 3–5 years salon experience. Strong colourist skills with confidence in advanced colour techniques. Professional, reliable, and passionate about client experience. Enjoys working as part of a dynamic and supportive team.
