What is Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA)?

Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) is a national employment program led by Endeavour Foundation that empowers people with intellectual disability to prepare for, gain and sustain meaningful open employment. It focuses on person-centred support, employer engagement, and creating lasting inclusion in the workforce.

About the Role

As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for participants, employers, and stakeholders, setting the tone for their experience with the IEA program. This front-facing, fast-paced role combines concierge-style service, administrative coordination, and customer support to ensure every interaction is warm, informative, and inclusive.

You'll help the office run smoothly, support field-based staff, and ensure every customer is welcomed, informed, and supported on their employment journey.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome and guide participants and visitors, providing accurate information about employment services.

• Coordinate appointments, send reminders, and follow up with participants and employers.

• Maintain accurate data in CRM systems, action compliance tasks, and support audit readiness.

• Assist with administrative tasks such as resume updates, job referrals, and vacancy management.

• Promote services through business development support and event coordination.

What You'll Bring

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).

• Strong organisational and multitasking ability in a fast-paced setting.

• Previous experience in customer service, admin, sales, employment services or call centres.

• High level of professionalism, positivity, and resilience.

• Competency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
