About the role

Our partner's Tax Advisory team helps clients look ahead to see how tax legislation affects their business decisions and plan for continued success and growth. The team works with diverse clients including private and listed businesses, high net wealth individuals, family groups, startups, high-growth companies, and Australian subsidiaries of multinational businesses.

Your Opportunity

In this role, you'll:

  • Advise clients on complex tax matters, including domestic and international structuring and cross-border transactions
  • Assist with taxation authority reviews, audits, and disputes
  • Provide tax advice on asset acquisition and divestment (including due diligence), financing arrangements, IPO structuring, readiness and prospectus
  • Play a key role across client engagements with regular client contact - attending presentations and meetings with Senior Leaders

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience in tax advisory in either Big 4 or mid-tier professional services firm
  • Excellent tax technical capabilities
  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Law or similar
  • CA or CPA qualification
