The Tax Consulting team in this large public practice firm has an opportunity for a Senior Tax Consultant looking to make the move into tax advisory. About the role:

• Providing high level of tax advice in all areas of taxation
• Provide services to local and international clients
• Work across a diverse range of industries
• Tax advisory for companies and individuals
• Taxation compliance
• Undertaking tax research, analysing and interpreting tax legislation
• Drafting advice for clients in relation to various Australian taxation issues
• Assistance in relation to structuring of businesses and investments
• Liaising and negotiating with the ATO on behalf of clients
• Preparation/review of tax returns for Trusts, Companies, Partnerships and Individuals
• Be able to provide practical taxation advice meeting business needs

About you:

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ideal for someone with Australian Tax consulting or legal experience
• Completed a Bachelor of Laws/Tax, or both
• Will be required to have Australian Tax experience
• 2 years and above work experience
