Early Childhood Education Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Education Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our education program, promoting children's well-being, development, and learning.

The role involves providing high-quality care, activities, and educational elements to children in the program, managing and promoting a team environment, and working within our philosophy, policies, and procedures.

  • Liaise effectively with parents, staff, and all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support educators' understanding of the educational program and practice.
  • Ensure compliance with policy and undertake administrative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the educational program.
  • Ensure children's learning and development informs the design of the educational program.
  • Liaise effectively with parents, staff, and all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support educators' understanding of the educational program and practice.
  • Ensure compliance with policy and undertake administrative requirements.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent.
  • Have had sound experience in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting.
  • Possess a comprehensive working knowledge of the approved learning framework.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
