We are a growing business that specialises in Building & Contents Restoration Services.

We respond quickly to our clients when they need assistance when their property has suffered damage because of a natural disaster, property damages including fire, water, or impact damage.

The opportunity

A fantastic opportunity is available for a hardworking, enthusiastic person with restoration experience, to join our successful team as our new Case Manager / Administration Support.

In this role, you will immerse yourself in our strong team culture and support our operational requirements in the insurance service industry.

The Case Manager will join a team of vibrant and passionate customer gurus

Responsibilities

  • Represent the company in a professional manner and of high standards at all times.
  • Adhere to and comply with OH&S guidelines, ensuring the relevant machinery, equipment and chemicals are used in a safe and correct manner for each job.
  • Be the point of contact for all client, customer and partner inquiries.
  • Maintain quality management system (Prime Ecosystem) for updating of all claims.
  • Manage the end-to-end administration processes, including creating, managing, and leading jobs.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Scheduling and planning of works.
  • System and workflow management – experience with Prime, highly regarded.
  • Support the wider team.
  • Data entry, processing, phone calls and other tasks as required

Requirements

  • Experience in the restoration industry (desirable)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • You love a challenge and solving problems
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong administration experience – insurance or construction preferred
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail
