An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic Client Relationship Coordinator to join the talented MS Plus NDIS and Allied Health team. The position, reporting to the Senior Manager NDIS & Allied Health Services will effectively and efficiently manage our Allied Health, Support Coordination and Plan Management referrals, waitlists, service enquiries, re-engagement and more.

We are seeking a positive, highly organised, details-oriented, proactive person who has a solid understanding and experience with sales, cross-referrals and administrative tasks, alongside outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage client interactions, bookings and appointment scheduling for the Allied Health team.

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails and web enquiries regarding MS Plus Allied Health, Support Coordination and Plan Management services, and at times other services such as respite, and respond in accordance with role key performance indicators.

  • Accurately collect and document relevant client information required to make an allied health appointment or service referral, and ensure an ongoing journey with MS Plus

  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and proactively reengage clients through outbound calls to increase service interest.

  • Promptly provide relevant and accurate documentation to client as needed such as Service Agreement, factsheets and information about other MSPlus Services

  • Provide high-level customer service by knowing our services and programs, and being responsive, proactive, friendly, reliable and professional through all interactions.

  • Respond to referrals and enquiries in line with role key performance indicators.

  • Manage and oversee NDIS-related administrative tasks, including obtaining NDIS plan details, coordinating Service Agreements and other compliance tasks.

  • Support data cleansing, impact reporting, marketing and brand activity, and identify opportunities for improvement or new activities.

  • Assist with billing for multiple funding streams – private, Medicare, DVA, NDIS, HICAPS, Aged Care.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in an administrative role, with the NDIS, aged care, disability or health care sector

  • Exceptional customer service skills and an ability to communicate with others in a warm and helpful manner, while building rapport

  • Sales and outbound call experience to drive referrals

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • High level of accuracy, and proficient in Microsoft office suite and client relationship management (CRM) software

  • Previous experience in scheduling or rostering (desirable)

  • Experience working with neurological population (desirable)

  • An understanding of the NDIS and its impact on the lives of people with a disability; (desirable)

If successful you will need to

  • Complete a National Police Check (and possibly an International Police Check);

  • Provide a NDIS Worker Screening Check;
