About the Role
Worthington Motor Group is seeking an experienced and driven Business Manager to lead our dynamic BMW/Mini Sales Department at our Dealership in Somersby on the NSW Central Coast. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, premium automotive environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. This is a fulltime, permanent position, reporting to our Group General Sales Manager.
Who We're Looking For
You're a confident communicator with a natural ability to build rapport and trust. You understand the importance of exceeding expectations and have a strong drive to achieve targets. You're highly organised, team-oriented, and possess exceptional personal presentation.
You will have:
Proven experience as a Business Manager in the automotive industry
Strong closing and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to manage customer enquiries across all channels (phone, internet, in-person)
A strong understanding of finance, aftermarket products, and compliance requirements
Leadership skills that inspire, motivate, and guide your team to success
Availability to work five days a week, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
A current valid driver's license and full, unrestricted Australian working rights
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate and arrange finance for customers
Manage the end-to-end finance process, ensuring compliance and efficiency
Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets as set by management
Deliver accurate and timely reporting to the Group General Sales Manager
