The Opportunity and Responsibilities
As our Assistant Centre Manager you will
• Support the Centre Manager with day to day operations
• Inspire guide and mentor educators across the service
• Build positive relationships with families children and the team
• Ensure compliance and high quality standards are maintained
• Assist with enrolments occupancy growth and family engagement
• Help create a warm welcoming centre culture from the ground up
About You
• Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
• Experience as an Assistant Centre Manager or senior educator leader
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Confidence in guiding educators and supporting centre operations
• Solid understanding of Regulations and National Quality Standards
• Commitment to high quality care and positive outcomes for children
• Current First Aid Certificate Asthma and Anaphylaxis training Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Current Working with Children Check and Police Check
