• Communication Services, Messaging, Voice & Video
• Core workplace services
• Connectivity & remote access services
• Automation Services
• Collaboration Services
• Workplace Security & Control services
• Client computing services

We are now looking for a Senior Workplace Engineer to join the Workplace Engineering team at our Sydney head office.  This is a varied role requiring high level technical knowledge, a proactive mindset, & a collaborate spirit to help drive innovation & operational excellence across our workplace platforms.

• Leading the resolution of high-priority technical issues, ensuring timely closure within SLA targets
• Acting as a senior in the team in diagnosing & resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs while adhering to technical guardrails & standards.
• Designing & maintaining CI/CD pipelines & infrastructure automation using IaC tools
• Creating & maintaining detailed solution design documentation
• Working with business leaders to assess & enhance workplace efficiency & productivity
• Identify & support the implementation of improvements to deliver cost reductions & enhance service delivery.

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a System Administration / Engineer role
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, & stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in Windows systems & PaaS & SaaS applications
• Proven experience administering Active Directory, MS Office 365 & Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with any of the following highly regarded: SCCM, Zscaler, Genesys or Power platform
• Advanced troubleshooting skills
• An ability to create clear, comprehensive guides & manuals for technical processes
• An understanding of ITIL frameworks & principles & change processes
• Knowledge of project methodologies such as Prince 2 or Agile/Scrum
• Willing & able to be work outside normal working hours & participate in the On-Call roster as required.
