Who we are looking for

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated production manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for manufacturing production manager, working closely with our internal departments to ensure smooth operations and high-quality performance. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities and Accountabilities

·      Perform daily operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient workflow within the department.

·      Maintain accurate records and documents, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with company policies and procedures.

·      Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives and deliver high-quality outcomes.

·      Identify areas for improvement and contribute ideas to enhance productivity, safety and service quality.

·      Follow company procedures and industry standards, ensuring all work meets regulatory and quality standards.

·      Take ownership of assigned duties, demonstrating reliability, accountability, and a strong working relationship.

Skills and Experiences

·      Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

·      Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, customers, and external partners.

·      Good organisational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.

·      Problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.

·      Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with email, data entry, and common office software.

·      Experience in a similar role or within the food manufacturing/warehouse/administration sector (preferred but not essential, depending on the position).

·      Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines to maintain compliance and high-quality standards.

·      Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills as required by the role.

·      Education background: Bachelor degree relating to production manufacture or advance.
