About the Opportunity

Our client is a fast-growing RPL provider helping Australian tradies convert their hands-on experience into nationally recognised qualifications. You'll qualify warm inbound leads, book consultations, and support clients through their qualification journey.

This is a remote role with structured training, clear progression pathways, and genuine impact.

What You'll Do

  • Qualify and book appointments from warm inbound leads (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads)

  • Run triage calls to understand client goals and challenges

  • Manage pipeline in Go High Level CRM

  • Support clients through evidence submission and milestone progression

  • Work closely with the sales team to maintain strong conversion rates

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or customer service

  • Confident phone communicator who builds trust quickly

  • Comfortable working flexible hours (afternoons/evenings)

  • Organised and proactive with CRM management

  • Genuine interest in construction or helping people advance their careers

Highly regarded: Background in service-based industries (fitness memberships, property, insurance, home services, coaching)
