Lotus Cafe is our vegetarian cafe located within Crystal Castle, with a focus on healthy, nourishing food that delights our guests.

If you're an experienced cook who can handle a busy service, prep efficiently, and work clean in a tight kitchen, this role is for you. You'll be cooking on the line, prepping ahead, and occasionally jumping out front when needed. We're looking for someone who can keep their cool during the lunch rush and work well as part of a small, tight-knit team.

This position is 2-3 days per week.  Must be available Sunday and Mondays
