Cafe All Rounder – Norah Head (Summer Role) Are you a confident, energetic hospitality pro ready to shine this summer? Our beachside cafe at Norah Head is on the lookout for a Superstar Cafe All Rounder to help lead our team through the busy season.

What we're looking for: We need someone experienced and hands-on to take charge of operations on 1-2 days midweek, Saturdays and every second Sunday. You'll be the go-to person during peak hours, keeping things running smoothly and making sure our customers leave happy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Staff coordination and support
  • Short order cooking
  • Inventory control
  • Customer service with a smile
  • Keeping the vibe upbeat and the workflow smooth

Must-haves:

  • Proven hospitality experience
  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
  • Weekend availability
  • Short Order cooking experience preferred and barista skills are a big plus
