Transit Tyres Mackay is a locally owned and trusted tyre business. We look after our customers and our team, creating a supportive and down-to-earth workplace. We're looking for a hands-on person who enjoys practical work, being part of a team, and getting the job done safely and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

Fitting, removing and repairing truck, heavy vehicle and earthmover tyres

Performing tyre inspections, pressure checks and rotations

Operating tyre fitting tools and equipment safely and correctly

Assisting with call-outs and roadside tyre service when required

Keeping the workshop and work areas tidy and safe

What We're Looking For

A good attitude and willingness to learn – tyre fitting experience is a bonus but not essential

Enjoys physical, hands-on work and working outdoors or in a workshop

Safety-minded with attention to detail

Driver's licence (truck or forklift licence a bonus)

Reliable and a team player who shows up and gets the job done
