Position: Assistant in Nursing
Type: Residential, Community and Disability Care
Pay rate: Up to $41.25 per hour (incl casual loading) plus Super
Location: Port Macquarie and Mid North Coast

We're looking for caring and dedicated AINs who bring not just experience, but a warm, positive attitude. If you're someone who loves helping others and wants to make a real difference in people's daily lives, we'd love to have you on our nursing team.
In this role, you'll be making a real difference by providing thoughtful, high-quality care during a variety of community shifts. You won't be doing it alone—you'll have the support of a dedicated team that truly cares. We're looking for someone who sees the whole person, not just the task at hand—someone who builds genuine connections and brings warmth, safety, and positivity into every interaction.
What your day will look like:
- Ensure clients arrive at their appointments on time
- Support clients with activities of daily living, including personal care
- Deliver high-quality care in a home-based setting
- Implement interventions in line with individual care plans
- Accurately document client interactions using cloud-based software
- Assist with medication management
- Help with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring all dietary needs are met
- Provide domestic assistance to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Qualification in Individual Support, Aged Care or Health Services Assistance
- Current Working with Children's Check
- National Police Check
- Current NDIS Worker screening check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Evidence of current flu vaccination
- Evidence of 3x Covid vaccinations
- Experienced in working within facility and/or in community environment.
- Australian Citizen or have full working rights in Australia
- Excellent communication skills
- Above all else, an absolute love for helping others
