The Opportunity

We're seeking a Principal Occupational Hygienist to join our senior leadership team. This is more than a job, it's a chance to shape the future of occupational hygiene in Australia. What You'll Do

  • Be a leader within Scaada's Occupational Hygiene division
  • Chair strategic discussions and contribute to high-level decisions
  • Oversee our larger complex projects
  • Scope, quote, and deliver high-value consulting engagements
  • Provide expert guidance on the OHS Act and Regulations in Victoria
  • Innovate monitoring and analytical data capture methodologies
  • Foster a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous learning

Who You Are

  • A nationally recognised expert in occupational hygiene
  • Deeply knowledgeable in broad scale occupational hygiene fields, potentially including but not limited to, asbestos, microbials, and human health risk management
  • Experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams and mentoring emerging talent
  • Comfortable navigating regulatory frameworks and client expectations
  • Passionate about making a difference in the workplace and the wider community
  • Ready to contribute to a values-driven organisation with a bold vision
