SkyCity Adelaide is currently on the lookout for a Training Designer to join our P&C team for an 18-month contract and help shape impactful learning experiences that drive capability, confidence, and performance across our organisation.

You'll play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing engaging training solutions that support a major transformation program, ensuring our people are equipped to thrive in a changing environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing high-quality learning materials (e-learning, facilitator guides, workbooks, videos, job aids, etc.) aligned to business and learner needs.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs), project teams, and change managers to identify learning objectives and design effective solutions.
  • Applying instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies to create engaging, learner-centred content.
  • Managing end-to-end design and development processes, from needs analysis through to evaluation.
  • Using digital learning tools and platforms (e.g. Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, or similar) to produce interactive content.
  • Evaluating training effectiveness and continuously improve materials based on feedback and outcomes.

You're a creative and practical learning professional who loves turning complex information into simple, engaging learning experiences. You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across diverse teams and ideally possess certificates in Training & Assessment.
