Bookkeeper – Hospitality Group | Brisbane, QLD

Full-time | $75,000 – $85,000 + super (negotiable depending on experience)

We're a growing hospitality group with several Brisbane cafés and new projects on the horizon — and we're on the lookout for a Bookkeeper who's as passionate about great operations as we are about great coffee.

You'll work closely with our leadership team to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes — from supplier payments and payroll through to monthly reporting and compliance. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who loves hospitality, knows how to stay organised in a fast-moving environment, and takes real pride in accuracy and efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing daily bookkeeping across multiple venues
  • Processing supplier invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
  • Running payroll and maintaining super, BAS, and ATO compliance
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports for management
  • Supporting budgeting, cash flow tracking, and growth projects
  • Working with our accountants and venue managers to keep things on track

What You'll Bring

  • Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience (hospitality experience highly regarded)
  • Solid understanding of Xero and cloud-based systems
  • Great attention to detail and time management
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
