About the role

This is a pivotal position in the organisation that provides a high level of logistical and organisational support for the Operations team. This position is offered on a full-time basis.

Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Roster and Scheduling of Service delivery using rostering databases,
  • Organise and reschedule unplanned shift changes,
  • Ensure leave planning is scheduled to ensure continuity of care and service delivery
  • Work alongside the operations team to ensure compatibility of staff with people we support
  • Process fortnightly timesheet in accordance with our EBA
  • Develop and foster positive relationships within the GIFSA team.

Essential skills and experience

  • Prior Experience in scheduling or rostering is desirable but not essential
  • High level of computer skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
  • Highly organised with an eye for detail
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team.
