The Agency is undertaking a multi-year program delivering its new case management capabilities. The successful candidate will lead and manage this project for the Agency. The successful project manager will report directly to the Program Director.

Key duties and responsibilities
  • Manage medium-to-large projects from initiation to closure within a structured delivery framework.
  • Develop and manage schedules, budgets, risks, and issues, ensuring project objectives are met.
  • Working knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and ability to operate in hybrid environments.
  • Coordination with cross-functional teams, technical specialists, and vendors to ensure delivery alignment.
  • Preparation of project documentation including plans, status reports, risk registers, and closure reports.
Technical skills
  • Knowledge and experience inICT projects, ideally involving Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

- Demonstrated experience managing medium-to-large projects from initiation to closure within a structured delivery framework.
- Ability to develop and manage schedules, budgets, risks, and issues, ensuring project objectives are met
- Strong working knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and ability to operate in hybrid environments.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams, technical specialists, and vendors to ensure delivery alignment.
- Proficiency in preparing project documentation including plans, status reports, risk registers, and closure reports.
- Experience in ICT projects, ideally involving Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
