**What We Are Looking For**:
We are looking for qualified Trainer and Assessor for Roof Tiling. To be a successful trainer, you will need to have an in-depth knowledge of Solid Roof Tiling and a passion for mentioning and passing on your knowledge to the next generations. Inspire and deliver the assigned programs using their extensive knowledge, past experience, and examples guided by comprehensive learning materials. Provide support and feedback to ensure successful completion of programs.

As a Trainer and Assessor, you will be responsible for the delivery of Certificate III in Roof Tiling.

**Qualifications and other requirements**:

- Hold Certificate III in Roof Tiling.
- TAE is preffered or willing to get one
- Proven industry experience in roof tiling with a strong understanding of current techniques, materials, and safety standards.
- Experience in training, teaching, or lecturing is desirable.

**Requirements**:

- Be able to demonstrate trainer matrix relevant to the course
- Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time-management and organisational skills
- Knowledge of current industry standards and practices
- Confidence and motivation to deliver first-class face-to-face education.
- Sensitivity and the ability to adapt teaching styles to students of different cultural backgrounds
- Design, prepare, deliver and assess vocational education and training programs
- Research, adapt and develop innovative learning practices and delivery options that enhance the Program area’s capacity to meet the learning needs of students
- Ensure that learning and teaching materials including learning resources, assessment tools, delivery and assessment plans, and student information are developed and that they are appropriately recorded and stored

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- : Roof Tiling Trainer and Assessor: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Certificate III in Roof Tiling (preferred)
- TAE (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
