Pilatus Training Solutions Australia Pty Ltd (PilTSA) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Pilatus Aircraft Limited of Switzerland and is responsible for the support and growth of the Pilatus family of aircraft in Australia. Pilatus is seeking to employ a motivated and enthusiastic Program Integration Manager located in Sale, Victoria.

The Role

Operating within the Pilatus Training Solutions Australia (PilTSA) management team, the Program Integration Manager will work collaboratively with team peers to support the development of PilTSA needs now and into the future through the development of effective strategy, improved efficiencies and diversification objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Defence Program Integration and Delivery

  • Lead new program/contract initiatives, including the development of executive briefs, and stakeholder engagement, as directed.
  • Track and report program progress against key contract outputs, strategic initiatives, key milestones and contract performance indicators.

Research, Analysis and Advice

  • Conduct program research and collate information on contract data trends, benchmarking, analyse information and provide advice to peers & management for recommended improvements.
  • Preparation of internal management and external stakeholder briefing packs, presentation and discussion papers to inform decision making.

Stakeholder engagement and communication

  • Liaise with management and peers to support development of program deliverables, on time and within budget.
  • Draft internal/external communications, consultation documents, and updates for key Defence program stakeholders.
  • Support stakeholder workshops and planning sessions, including preparation of materials, delivery of briefings and follow up coordination.

Executive Support

  • Evolve the maturity of existing tools for monitoring program performance indicators, ensuring that data is accurately sourced, treated and that indicators are up to date.
  • Coordination of executive reports, operational reports and reviews and evaluation of operating rhythm, as requested.
  • Support analysis of program budget implications, resourcing, and delivery mechanisms associated with ongoing initiatives.
  • Review completed contracts and proposals to ensure program requirements are met and satisfied.

Qualifications And Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Program Management, with minimum of 3-5 years' experience or 5+ years' experience in a similar role, essential
  • Minimum 5 years' demonstrable experience executing and managing a complex Performance Based Contract, preferably with Defence (ASDEFCON) contracting experience.
  • Experience in contract management and contract negotiation, highly desirable.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 suite of programs, including Teams and Sharepoint
  • Proficient in the use of Atlassian products, such as JIRA and Confluence products

Job Requirements:
