Greenlight Australia are urgently seeking an experienced SIEM Consultant to join our program delivery team onsite in Sydney.
This position requires NV1 clearance.
This is for an initial 12 month assignment with a high likelihood of extension.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyse various Dashboards to measure the effectiveness of security controls.
  • Assist with improvement of security policies, standards, procedures, governance frameworks and strategies.
  • Undertake compliance reviews of IT systems, designs, procedures
  • Identify security gaps, perform threat and risk assessments and recommend mitigation activities, including business processes, applications and products.
  • Assist with SIEM solutions for clients and assessing and implementing SIEM tools
  • Build, implement and deploy data security solutions
  • Develop content for a complex and growing SIEM infrastructure
  • Communicate with all levels of clients, follow methodologies and create/present concise deliverable

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with Splunk and Sentinel Platforms
  • Strong understanding of log normalization and data correlation techniques
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
