About the Role

Due to a team change and the implementation of a new rostering system, we are seeking an experienced Rostering Coordinator to join the organisation on a 3-month contract. This role is critical in maintaining day-to-day rostering operations for over 400 clients while the broader team focuses on the transition project.

You will be responsible for ensuring continuity of service, accuracy in scheduling, and providing essential support to a high-performing and dedicated team.

Key Details

  • Contract: 3 months, full-time (potential to extend or convert)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
  • Location: Office-based, with some onsite parking and ample street parking
  • Start: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate accurate rosters across two aged care programs for 400+ clients
  • Manage changes, conflicts, and urgent scheduling needs efficiently
  • Provide BAU rostering support while colleagues focus on new system implementation
  • Liaise with staff and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in rostering within the healthcare or aged care sector (essential)
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to start immediately
