Olympic Dam Mine in South Australia is growing

The Redpath team will be adding a 4th and 5th Olympic dam Portal and declines from surface starting in July 2025.

With this growth, we are needing experienced Service Crew to join the team

Integrating RUC Mining's expertise with Redpath's established reputation allows us to offer an expanded range of services and enhanced capabilities to our clients. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking talented candidates to be involved in the integration and streamlining of our operations to continue Redpath's development and ability to continue to deliver exceptional value to our clients and partners.

About the Role:

  • install and remove ventilation ducting;
  • hang and remove ventilation fans;
  • install water, air, and pump reticulation pipes;
  • install electrical reticulation;
  • build ventilation devices;
  • install and remove pumps and pumping stations;
  • operate the Integrated Tool (IT) carrier;
  • transport fuel and materials as required; and
  • assist the charge up crew.

Skills & Experience

  • previous experience in an underground service crew role is required.
  • valid manual drivers licence;
  • ability to hold and maintain a police clearance certificate; and
  • good verbal and written communication skills.
  • A work ethic and attitude in keeping with Redpath's motto Consider it done — safely.

The Opportunity:

Working a 2 week on, 2 week off roster rotating day and night shift.
