Automation Tester – Drive Quality and Innovation

Location: QLD, ACT, VIC, NSW – Hybrid  

Contract: 12 Months with 1 x Months extension

Must be Australian Citizen

We're looking for a detail-oriented Automation Tester to join our team and ensure our systems meet the highest standards. What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute automated test scripts using MS Playwright, JavaScript, and BDD frameworks.
  • Perform functional, BVT, and UAT testing to validate system changes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Manage test execution, document results, and coordinate defect re-testing via ALM.
  • Create test data, scenarios, and produce detailed test reports for releases.

Tools & Technology:

MS Playwright | JavaScript | BDD Framework | ALM

Required Skills:

  • Translate business requirements into effective test scripts quickly.
  • Hands-on experience with functional testing and defect management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of the Test Life Cycle methodology.

Nice to Have:

  • Passion for accessible design and development.
  • Experience with SAP systems.
  • Familiarity with relevant business systems and processes.
  • Adaptable and flexible mindset.

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Degree in IT, CS, or related field.
  • Several years of automation testing experience.

Other Requirements:

  • Team-oriented and detail-focused.
  • Eagerness to learn new tools and methodologies.
