Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Melbourne. We are seeking a highly skilled
Application Configuration Specialist
with deep expertise in
Managed File Transfer (MFT)
solutions, predominantly
MOVEit
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the
implementation, configuration, and management
of the MOVEit platform, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient file transfer operations across the enterprise.

Job Description (Key Skills & Roles Responsibilities)-

Application Configuration specialist - MoveIT Platform

Specialist / Managed File Transfer Solutions (MOVEit predominantly or other MFT Solutions)

Description: Highly skilled application configuration specialist with extensive experience in implementing and managing file transfer applications, particularly MoveIT. Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Ability to think outside of the box to deliver compliant solutions within or outside of the moveit application to close off penetration testing and TVRA findings.

Key Skills

1. Application configuration and deployment experience, MoveIT implementation, configuration, and management
2. Have the ability to understand the security findings raised and come up with compliant solutions to mitigate or close the findings
3. File transfer protocol (FTP, SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS)
4. Scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, VB) Ability to review Internal control standards and solution a mitigation
5. Ability to communicate with all required business areas (including Security, Architecture, Compliance and Enterprise Data Governance teams) to implement a acceptable solution to mitigate the findings after understanding the findings and the internal guardrails of the The Information Security Policy Framework (ISPF) (a collection of policies, standards and procedures that define our approach, security principles, roles and responsibilities to manage information security risk).

Experience

1.Significant experience in working on the MoveIT Platform (or other MFT Solutions): Successfully implemented MoveIT solutions for large-scale enterprises, ensuring secure and reliable file transfers, and worked on configuration of the moveit application

1. Application Configuration: Experience in configuring and deployment of MOVEit, to meet business requirements including all standards.

2. Project Management: Managed multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring successful project delivery on time and within budget.
