Compas is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join a Federal Government Department for a long-term engagement. The ideal candidate will work closely with business customers and the Application Systems Integration team in development and deployment of API workloads.

  • Initial contract till June extensions
  • NV2 Clearance or the ability to obtain one quickly
  • Canberra or Melbourne

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and develop data integration solutions using the approved patterns
  • Preparing and update System Engineering Description (SED) and design documents for data integration related items;
  • Perform knowledge transfer sessions to provide training for Data Engineering team members

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Working level knowledge on IBM Power Data Platform and API
  • An attention to detail when reviewing designs
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
