Scope

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer (Casual) to join our team at the Searles Kilcoy facility in southeast Queensland. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day customer service operations, including order processing, communication, and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and generate invoices
  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional assistance
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external customers
  • Provide general administrative support to the customer service and operations teams

Education and/or Experience

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Availability & Working Hours

  • Casual position
  • Applicants must be available
    Monday to Friday
    , with a spread of hours between
    7:00am and 6:00pm
  • Candidates must be
    ready to start immediately
