Our Peries IGA store in Kilcoy is well established in the community.
The store has an experienced team looking for a positive, and experienced Deli Supervisor who can assist the team expand and grow this successful department.
We are looking for someone who has the ability to perform consistent quality work to a high standard while unsupervised.
Major duties and responsibilities will include;
- A passion for food and the presentation.
- Deliver high retail standards within the Deli department including ordering, stock management, cooking and food safety standards.
- Mentoring, coaching and developing the team
- Excellent customer service, with high level communication and interpersonal skills
Suitable candidates must be motivated, enthusiastic and have a willingness to commit to provide excellent customer service. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 1 years' experience in working in a Deli or Kitchen and ideally would be a qualified Food Safety Supervisor.
Applicants will be required to work a variety of shifts over a 7 day period.
Renumeration will be negotiated based on the successful candidates skills and abilities.
