ABOUT THE ROLE

Location: Kilcoy

Kilcoy Global Foods is seeking a Production Scheduler to deliver effective, collaborative and organisational support to the Production Supervisory team which contributes to compliant and seamless workforce practices which have a direct impact on business outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the production team with daily staffing to optimize output.
  • Prepare both planned and ad hoc reports to guide staffing and management decisions.
  • Develop and maintain smooth handover processes between shifts/rosters.
  • Minimize disruption to production by coordinating workforce allocation across rosters and departments.
  • Ensure clear, professional communication between Production, HR, and employees.

ABOUT YOU

You will bring with you:

  • Strong customer service skills with attention to detail, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in Kronos operations.
  • Background in fast-paced customer service and administrative roles.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, interpersonal communication, time management, empathy, and conflict resolution.
  • Demonstrated interest in further developing within Human Resources.
