Detail JD


• Config Linux servers, Troubleshoot Nodemaven, Socket level trouble shooting,


• Upgraded RHEL legacy server into latest OS. Migrated CentOS to RHEL.


• Comprises of AIX/RHEL system design and Integration, system administration, IBM Storage administration, System production support, Capacity planning and trouble shooting.


• Datacenter migration for AIX and RedHat Linux servers. Migration of legacy systems to the latest and enhanced hardware.


• Installing AIX operating system 6.1/7.1 using NIM.


• Implementation of scripts for automation on AIX/Linux servers. LVM and File system management.


• System administration activities including Incident/Change management. Implementation of Disaster Recovery site to meet the business continuity through SVC metro mirror in IBM Storage.


• Configure, Enable/Disable consistence group in metro mirror configuration in storage level.


• Configure/ Modify SAN Zoning in brocade.


• Analyzing system performance and work on improvements. Performing AIX/ Linux patching.


• Managing regular system backup using mksysb.


• Implementation of scripts for automation on AIX/Linux servers proactive monitoring.


• Performing security auditing on user authentication of all UNIX and Linux servers.


• Implementation and of High availability of SAP application in UNIX platform.

Creating technical SOPs and update them in a regular interval. Leading the technical team of UNIX and STORAGE associates.
