CLIENT MANAGER –  POSITION

CPD Education Pty Ltd, trading as JDL StrategiesWhile our preference is to engage high-performing individuals as contractors and thus I have structured the above remuneration accordingly to be commercially attractive — we understand that this model may not suit everyone at all times.

If contractor is not what you're prepared to consider at this stage, we are willing to offer you a salaried role at $70,000 per annum, with a modified performance structure:

Performance-Based Remuneration – Employee

  • Tier 1: $0 per contract (1st & 2nd of the month) – covered by salary
  • Tier 2: $3,000 per contract (3rd,  4th and above )

Monthly Bonus still apply:

  • $10,000 flat bonus, on top of the above, if 10 contracts are signed in a calendar month

    (Note: Bonus cannot be stacked. It resets at the end of every month. It is per month.)

You would be free to switch between contractor and employee models at any time, based on your personal and professional circumstances. We are open to that flexibility.

Position Overview

We're inviting you to join us as a Client Manager (Independent Contractor), responsible for guiding our clients through their investment journey using the WealthGoal platform. This offer is governed under our Client Manager Agreement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle qualified leads and appointments provided by the Company
  • Source new leads via your own network and efforts
  • Attend training and business meetings as required
  • Promote our client referral program
  • Maintain a structured client pipeline
  • Operate fully within the WealthGoal software for system-based compliance
  • Educate clients using our "Financial Intelligence" framework
  • Support clients through the JDL investment process
  • Represent our values with professionalism and integrity

Performance-Based Remuneration – Contractor

Commission Tiers:

  • Tier 1: $3,000 per contract (1st & 2nd of the month)
  • Tier 2: $4,000 per contract (3rd & 4th)
  • Tier 3: $6,000 per contract (5th and above)

Monthly Bonus:

  • $10,000 flat bonus, on top of the above, if 10 contracts are signed in a calendar month

KPI Milestones:

  • Month 1: 0 properties – onboarding and training only
  • Month 2: 1 settled contract
  • Month 3 onwards: 3 settled contracts per month (minimum).

Note: Upon your request,  we prepared to pay $1,000 per week in an advance to commissions in for the first 3 months. These will be offset against your initial commissions until fully recovered.

Key Terms

  • Independent contractor status – not an employee role – your own ABN
  • All figures are exclusive of GST
  • You must maintain appropriate insurances (PI & Workers Comp) Typical for carrying any business in Australia.
  • Confidentiality and non-compete clauses apply
  • Primary base: Suite 11, 17 Karp Court, Bundall QLD 4217 or as agreed
  • Completion of Tier 1 RG146 compliance training is required
