Caffe Ducale, is a premium Melbourne-owned and operated coffee roaster, combining traditional Italian coffee flavours with the expertise and craftsmanship of Melbourne's specialty coffee scene. In March 2025, Caffe Ducale opened its first new concept retail store and espresso bar in Melbourne's luxury shopping precinct, Chadstone. The store focuses on freshly roasted retail coffee along with dine in and take-away specialty coffee, bringing together modern coffee equipment with unique Italian Deli-styled architecture and design.

We're looking for passionate Retail Sales Assistants to join our team, to provide exceptional customer service, be welcoming and engaging, ready to assist with customer serve and assisting customers with all their needs for making coffee at home

This Position Offers:

  • A brand-new Retail Store and Espresso Bar in Chadstone's newest Market Pavilion
  • Induction, training and development to those who aspire to learn and grow
  • Support from an experienced Café Manager and Coffee Roasters

You will be perfect for this role if you have:

  • A passion for coffee and a desire to share that enthusiasm with others
  • Experience working in customer service and managing point of sale
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A strong work ethic with a customer focused attitude
  • A positive and professional demeanour
  • An excitement and ability to engage with customers about our coffee, menu and brand.
  • The ability to work minimum three days a week including weekends
