This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to take the reins of one of our client's flagship retail stores. You'll play a pivotal role in leading your team, delivering outstanding service, and bringing the brand to life for every customer who walks through the door.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading, motivating, and developing your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Driving store performance to meet and exceed sales and KPI targets.
  • Managing daily operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, team members, and key partners.
  • Handling rostering, recruitment, and training to build a high-performing culture.
  • Managing budgets, analysing sales data, and identifying opportunities to grow performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards and policies across safety, security, and customer care.

You're a confident and experienced retail leader who knows how to balance commercial goals with team culture. You thrive on accountability, enjoy a challenge, and take pride in creating an environment where both your team and customers feel valued.
